Research Methods and Viewpoints of Rural Public Goods

农村公共产品的有效供给对于解决三农问题,促进社会主义新农村建设至关重要。当前我国面临着农村公共产品供给不足的现状,不同学者应用不同的方法对农村公共产品供给不足的现状、原因、解决方法等做了不同的阐释。从理论研究和实证研究以及两者结合等方面对现有文献的研究方法进行的分析表明,我国现有的研究无论在研究方法上还是研究内容上,都存在不足,有待改进。

The effective supply of rural public goods is vital to the resolution of issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area and also important to build a new socialist countryside. At present, China is faced with inadequate supply of public goods in rural areas. Different scholars use different methods to elaborate the current situation, causes and resolutions of inadequate supply of rural public goods. They analyze the research methods of existing literature from theoretical aspect, empirical aspect and the combination of both. Analysis shows that the methods at hand are deficient and there is large room for their improvement.
