Microorganism injection unit is used for automatic dilution, mixing, agitation, metering and injection of microbialsolution. The technological pmeess and configuration of relative equipment and software and hardware of the control sys-tem are described. The main technical index and parameters of the unit are given, and the characteristic and advanceddevelopment of the unit are intheluced. The unit was put into operation for a month, it run for 624 hours totally, and thetime for the longest continuously running was 360 hours. Test result show that, this unit is characterized by rational de-sign, reliable control and good mobility, it can meet the need of continuous injection of microorganism.
