摘要
对添加降凝剂输送工艺经济效益的计算方法进行研究,以输油工艺为理论基础,利用输油生产的真实数据仿真出了不加剂和加剂两种输送的输油方案,建立了计算加剂输送工艺经济效益的数学模型及相关指标体系。分别介绍了燃油消耗及费用、耗电量及费用、固定资产折旧、加剂与不加剂输送可变成本等的数学模型及相关指标,最后对影响加剂运行经济效益的主要因素进行了分析。
Studies a calculation method on economic benefit of depressant transporting process. Based on the theory of oil transporting process, simulates two oil transporting plans of depressant and non depressant transportation, using real productive data in oil transporting production, and establishes a mathematics model calculating economic benefit of depressant transportation and its relative quota system. Introduces individually a mathematics model and its relative quota system on fuel oil consumption and cost, power consumed and cost, fixed assets depreciation, variable cost for depressant and non depressant transportation , and finally analyzes major factors affecting economic benefit of depressant operation.
