摘要
作用于管顶的总有效垂直荷载和管底上的竖直反力分别沿管子水平直径和基床宽度近似于均匀分布,而管子两侧的被动水平土压力按抛物线规律分布。据此分析了埋地柔性管道在无内压和有内压作用两种情况下的内力和变形,导出了管环弯矩(或应力)和挠度的一系列普遍计算式,并列举了钢管道沟埋穿越的计算示例。其中的一些公式可直接用于穿越公路和铁路的钢管道的结构设计,还可指导其它柔性管(如塑料管)的设计。
Total effective vertical load effecting on pipe top and vertical reactive force on pipe bottom distributes almost uniformly along pipe's horizontal diameter and base bed width while the pressure over horizontal soil on both sides of the pipe distributing in parabolic rule. Based on the fact, analyzes internal force and distortion in buried flexible pipeline under two conditions with and without internal pressure, thus derives a series common calculating formula and enumerates calculating examples on pipe bending moment (or stress) and amount of deflection for buried steel pipeline crossing, of which, some formula can be used directly for structure design of steel pipeline's road and railway crossings, also can be used as direction for the design of other flexible pipeline (such as plastic pipeline).
