改良分段外切内扎术治疗环状混合痔89例临床疗效

Therapeutic Results of the Improved Procedure of Segmental External Incision and Internal Ligation in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoid：Analysis of 89 Cases

为提高外科手术治疗环状混合痔的疗效，减少并发症和后遗症，我们用改良分段外切内扎术治疗环状混合痔89例。结果显示，治愈81例（91．0％）．好转8例（9．0％），有效率100％。患者无明显并发症和后遗症。结果表明，改良分段外切内扎术对肛管皮肤及黏膜损伤小，对患者排便反射功能影响小，治疗比较彻底，并发症及后遗症少，临床疗效满意。

The objective of this study was to enhance the therapeutic efficacy,reduce complications and sequelae for circumferential mixed hemorrhoid. Eighty nine patients underwent the improved procedure of segmental external incision and internal ligation. As results,81 cases were cured（91.0 %） ,8 cases got improved（9.0%） ,the total effective rate was 100% and there was no notable complications and sequelae. It is revealed that this procedure can bring about less injuries to anal skin and mucosa,less influence on defecation function, and less complications and sequelae.
