摘要 对原尾蜥虎消化道5-羟色胺免疫反应(5-HT-IR)细胞进行了免疫组织化学定位.结果显示:5-HT-IR细胞在原尾蜥虎消化道各段均有分布,分布密度从前往后呈升—降—升的特点,2个密度高峰出现在十二指肠和直肠部位,胃和回肠的分布密度次之,而食道和空肠的分布密度最低.消化道两端5-HT-IR细胞主要呈圆形、椭圆形,分布于上皮基部、固有膜或腺泡上皮,而小肠的5-HT-IR细胞则主要呈梭形或楔形,分布于上皮细胞之间,5-HT-IR细胞的分布特点、形态特征与其功能相适应. Using immunohistochemical technique, 5-Hydroxytryptamine immunoreactive (5-HT-IR) cells were observed in the digestive tract of Hemidactylus bowringii. The results indicated that 5-HT-IR cells distribute throughout the digestive tract. The distributive density of 5-HT-IR cells is the highest in the rectum and duodenum, moderate in the ileum and stomach, and the lowest in the jejunum and esophagus. The 5-HT-IR cells in the anterior and posterior part of the digestive tract are mainly round or oval, and locate in the basal region of epithelial cells, between glandular epithelial cells and in the lamina propria. The 5-HT-IR cells in the middle part of the digestive tract are shuttle-shape or wedge, and locate mainly between epithelial cells. The morphological characteristic and distributive model of 5-HT-IR ceils are consistent with their function.
