摘要
对热研2号柱花草(S1)、圆叶决明CPI34721(S2)、圆叶决明CPI86134(S3)、圆叶决明ATF3248(S4)、羽叶决明ATF2217(S5)等5个热带牧草的营养成分和品质影响因子的研究表明,随着牧草生长S2、S4、S5的粗蛋白(CP)质量分数呈持续下降,S3前后变化不大,而S1呈低-高-低的趋势;磷(P)质量分数为S1、S4持续下降,S2、S3、S5呈低-高-低趋势;粗脂肪(EE)质量分数为S3呈高-低-高趋势,其他4个品种前后变化不大;5个品种的钙(Ca)质量分数前后变化都不大,钾(K)质量分数呈持续下降,粗纤维(CF)和洗涤纤维质量分数都为持续上升,尤其是酸性洗涤性木质素(ADF)质量分数在生长后期急剧上升.对14个品质影响因素的相关性分析表明,有63对呈极显著相关,7对显著相关,21对相关不显著.其中叶茎比和CP、EE、P、K、Ca为牧草品质正作用因子,烘干率、根冠比和CF、NDF、ADF、ADL为负作用因子.
The 14 nutrient composition and quality factors of 5 tropical legumious forages, which included Stylosanthes guianensis CIAT184 (S1), Chamaecrista rotundifolia CPI34721 (S2), C. rotundifolia CPI86134 (S3), C. rotundifolia ATF3248 (S4) and C. nictitans ATF2217 (S5), were investigated. The results showed that crude protein content (CP) of S2, S4 and S5 were decreased continuously, S3 had no significant changes, and S1 changed from low to high, then to low as forage grew. P content of S1 and S4 were descend- ing, and S2, S3 and S5 changed from low to high, then to low. Coarse fat content (EE) of S3 changed from high to low, then to high, and other four species had no significant changes. For all five species, Ca content had no significant changes, K content was descending, crude fiber (CF) and detergent fiber content were increasing, and especially acid detergent fiber (ADF) content increased rapidly at late growth stage. Correlation analysis of 14 quality factors revealed that 63 pairs of factors had extremely significant relationships, 7 pairs of factors had significant correlations, and 21 pairs of factors had no significant correlation. Among 14 factors, CP, EE, P, K, Ca and leaf stem ratio were positive effect factors for forage's quality, but CF, NDF, ADF, ADL, oven dry rate and root canopy ratio were negative effect factors.
