摘要
根据旋转磨料射流喷嘴的磨损机理,建立了喷嘴工作模型;运用有限元法对喷嘴各部分的应力状态进行分析。结果表明,旋转磨料射流喷嘴应力最大值出现在锥段结束、直段开始处,直段平均应力大于锥段,入口端面的应力也较大。这为进一步改善喷嘴结构提供了依据。
According to the nozzle wear mechanism of the swirling abrasive water jet, the nozzle working model is built and the stress states of all parts in the nozzle is analyzed by finite element analysis. The results show that the maximum stress of the nozzle appears at the transition position of tapered and straight sections, the average stress value of the straight is above than the tapered, and that of the inlet end is greater. This provides the basis for improving the nozzle structure further.
