摘要
常规的PDC钻头适用于软到中硬的均质地层钻进,而在硬岩中钻进时效率低,磨损快,难以满足高效钻井的要求。针对这一情况,分析了硬岩的可钻性及适用于硬岩的PDC全面钻头的一些结构特征。要求pDC的热稳定性进一步提高,钻头采用较多和较大的具有合适工作角的切削齿,冠部形状应满足布齿需要,保径层有较强的耐磨性,流道能发挥充分的冷却作用。这对PDC钻头的设计具有一定的参考意义。
Common PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) bit is suit for the range from soft to medium-hard homogeneous rocks, but when used for the hard rock, it makes efficiency low and wear quick, so it can't satisfy requirements of the highly efficient drilling. Against this case, the paper analyzes the drillability of.the hard rock and some structural features of PDC rock bit applied to the hard rock. The thermal stability of PDC need improve further, the bit has more and larger cutting teeth with the appropriate working angle, the crown shape should meet the needs of the tooth distribution, the gauge protection layer has strong abrasive resistance and flow channels can play a cooling role. These have certain reference value for the design of PDC bits.
