摘要
原提升机交流控制系统采用传统的凸轮倥制器、继电器、接触器控制,系统运行功耗高、噪声大,安全性能较差,检修维护频繁。为保证系统生产安全、稳定、高效,采用了瑞典ABB公司的ACS800 DTC(直接转矩控制)变频器取代了传统的模拟电控系统,辅以西门子S7-300PLC(可编程序控制器)作为系统逻辑控制,实现了半自动化控制,提高了生产效率,实现了节能经济运行。
Using the traditional cam controller, relay and contactor control, the original hoist exchange control system is running in high power consumption, high noise, poor safety performance and frequent maintenance. In order to ensure this system in safety, stability and high efficiency, the Swedish ABB's ACS800 DTC (Direct Torque Control) inverter is to replace the traditional analog electronic control system, combined with Siemens S7-300 PLC (programmable logic controller) as the system logic control. And thus the system realizes the working semi-automation, increases the productivity and achieves the energy-saving economic operation.
