摘要
为解决国内管磨机产量低、电耗高及产品质量差的缺陷,提出了一种全新多重分选研磨节能技术。文章对该技术的原理进行了阐述,同时结合改造工程实例,对其应用效果进行了分析。结果表明,改造后磨机台时产量提高,水泥比表面积提高,混合材掺量达到20%。
A new multiseparating energy-saving grinding technology is presented to deal with the shortcomings of the tube mill, such as low output, high energy consumption, poor quality, etc. The paper introduces its principle in details, and analyzes its effects with the reconstruction engineering projects. The results show that output per machine hour is increased, the cement specific surface area is improved, and amount of admixture is up to 20%.
