摘要
采用Fluent软件对某切向进口旋风分离器内的气相流场进行了三维数值研究,湍流模型分别采用了标准κ-ε方程模型、RNGκ-ε和雷诺应力模型(RSM)。通过对三种湍流模型数值模拟结果的分析比较,雷诺应力模型的计算结果与实际最为吻合,而标准κ-ε模型与实际偏离最大。因此,选用雷诺应力模型能较好地模拟分离器内的强旋流场。
An investigation is carried out to study the gas phase flow of the cyclone separator based on the Fluent software. The standard κ-ε turbulent model, RNG κ-ε model and Reynolds stress model are used to simulate the gas flow. With the comparison of simulation results of three models, it shows that predictions with Reynolds stress model are in reasonable agreement with data measured, but the ones with κ-ε model are the poorest. So it shows that the Reynolds stress model is reliable for simulation of the cyclone separator.
