针对永煤集团车集选煤厂而设计的尾煤干燥系统,此系统采用S7-300PLC与触摸屏TP270控制, 包括就地和集中两种控制方式。实践表明,本系统符合尾煤干燥的要求,解决了选煤厂因压滤煤泥水分高、粘度大而造成运输与销售困难,和因存放而导致矿区环境污染的状况。

The tailings drying system is designed for Cheji coal preparation plant of Yongcheng coal group. This system is controlled by ST-300PLC and TP270, which includes both local and centralized controls. The practice indicates that this system meets the requirements of tailings drying, so it solves the problems of the haulage and sale caused by the filtrated slime with high moisture and viscosity, and of environmental pollution caused by the storage of the tailings in the mining area.
