摘要
针对叉车座椅设计的问题,运用人机工程学理论,从坐姿生理特性、振动和温湿度等角度分析了导致驾驶疲劳的原因,在此基础上从坐姿舒适性、振动舒适性、操作舒适性等方面提出了叉车座椅的人机工程设计。
Aiming at the forklift seat design and with the ergonomics theory, the paper analyzes why the driving fatigue is caused in such aspects as sitting physiological characteristics, vibration, temperature and humidity, etc. Based on these, it proposes a man-machine engineering design for forklift seat in the sitting posture comfortable degree, vibration bearings and operation convenience, etc.
