摘要
通过对手提电脑显示屏框的工艺分析,介绍了显示屏框注射模设计过程,分别对浇注系统、抽芯、冷却系统等进行了分析和探讨。阐述了模具结构和工作过程,对试模塑件出现的熔接痕和翘曲变形问题提出了解决措施。
An injection mould for a portable PC LCD frame was developed based on the technology analysis on the component. The runner system, core-pulling mechanism and cooling system were studied and the mould structure and operation process were stated. The solutions to avoid the defects such as weld lines and warp deformation in the sample products were proposed.
