摘要
分析了机架塑件注射模失效的原因,用ANSYS软件对模具型芯进行有限元受力分析。通过对塑件注射成型过程的模拟,改进了浇注系统结构,解决了型芯受力不合理的问题,提高了模具设计质量。改进后的模具结构设计合理,生产的塑件质量满足要求。
The failure reason of an injection mould for a frame was investigated and the finite element analysis was carried out on the stress of the mould cores by using the ANSIS software. The structure of the feeding system was improved and the inappropriate stress problem of the mould cores was solved.
