摘要
目的:探讨新生儿高胆红素血症患儿心肌酶与心肌损害的关系。方法:选择50例新生儿高胆红素血症组(治疗组)及生理性黄疸20例(对照组),治疗前后测定所有患儿的血清心肌酶及其同工酶活性。结果:高胆红素血症患儿心肌酶及同工酶活性均有不同程度增高,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、肌酸激酶心肌同工酶(CK-MB)在高胆红素血症治疗组和对照组之间相比有显著差异(P<0.01),治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:新生儿病理性黄疸可出现心肌损害。
Objective: To discuss the relation between myocardial zyme and myocardium damage of neonates hyperbilirubinemia. Methods: Fifty neonates with hyperbilirubinemia, 20 neonates with physiologic jaundice were enrolled, enzymic activity be fore and after were detected. Results: There was significant difference of LDH, CK, AST, CKMB between two groups (P〈0.01), also between before and after. Conclusion: There were damages to myocardium in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.
