影响脑血管造影图像质量因素的探讨

A study of factors affecting the image quality of cerebral angiography

目的:探讨影响脑血管造影图像质量的因素。方法:按照所采集血管重点部位的显影情况,参照卫生部制定的X线影片质量标准,对52例脑血管造影中获取的1 485幅图像进行质量分析与评定。结果:优:1 357幅(91.4%),良:128幅(8.6%),无被评为差和废的图像。结论:患者移动是影响脑血管造影图像质量的主要因素。

Objective： To study the factors that affect image quality on cerebral angiography. Methods： According to the collected images of the main position of the vessels and the criteria of the Ministry of Health on X-ray film quality, 1 485 images from 52 cases of cerebral angiography were analyzed and evaluated with their quality. Results： The excellent images wasl 357（91.4%）, the moderate was 128 （8.6%） and no images was worst or useless. Conclusion： The patient motion is the major influential factor on the cerebral angiograph image quality.
