摘要
木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷是活性较高的一种天然黄酮化合物,由于其本身的低水溶性使其应用受到限制.制备了三种微乳体系,用HPLC法研究了木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷在这三种微乳体系及CTAB和吐温80胶束中的溶解能力;并用紫外光谱法和核磁共振波谱法分析了木犀草素糖苷与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和吐温80的作用机制.研究表明:五种分子聚集体系对木犀草素糖苷有明显的增溶效果;木犀草素糖苷可能与CTAB、吐温80形成了缔合物,缔合平衡常数分别为2326L/mol和362L/mol,其增溶位点分别是CTAB胶束的亲水外层和吐温80胶束的栅栏层.
Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside is one of the most common flavonoids with diverse biological activity. Its application is limited due to its low-water-solubility. Three types of microemulsions were prepared, and the solubility of luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside in these molecular aggregates was determined by HPLC. UV-Vis absorption and NMR spectroscopy were used to study the properties of luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside in cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and Tween80 micelles in order to gain the information about the binding of luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside with micelles. The results showed that luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside could form conjugation in micelles, and the binding constants in CTAB and TweenS0 micelles were 2326, 362 L/mol, respectively. Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside was located at the interface of hydrophillic layers of CTAB micelles and embedded in the palisade of Tween80 micelles.
