摘要
通过氨基酸分析、红外光谱、X射线衍射及SEM扫描电子显微镜研究了牛奶蛋白复合纤维的组成及聚集态与形态结构。结果表明:牛奶蛋白复合纤维含有17种氨基酸,占其总质量的24.87%;红外光谱显示其是由酪素与丙烯腈共同组成的;横截面呈不规则状,纵向有沟槽和孔洞,其X衍射谱图类似聚丙烯腈纤维。
To investigate the composition and structure of acrylonitrile based casein fibers, the amino acid composition analysis, IR spectra, X-Ray diffraction and SEM were all used in this paper. The results showed that there were seventeen amino acids,which accounts for 24.87% of the whole mass of the fiber and the milk protein fiber was made up of acrylonitrile (AN) and casein. The cross-section of the milk protein fiber was nearly round and there were many irregular vertical trenches and pockmarks in the fiber surface. The X-ray pattern of the fiber was similar to that of the PAN.
