摘要
采用小型熔融纺丝机将PP/碳纳米粒子纺成三叶形截面的长丝。然后将此PP/碳纳米粒子复合长丝和纯PP长丝采用就地聚合的方法涂以导电聚合物聚苯胺制成导电长丝。结果表明,涂层长丝的电阻逐渐降低。为降低电阻水平而仍保持结构和机械性能,还需进行进一步的工作。
In this study, masterbatches of PP/carbon nanoparticle were converted into filaments having trilobal cross section using pilot melt spinning machine. PP/carbon nanoparticle composite filaments and neat PP filaments then were coated with a conductive polymer polyaniline using in-situ polymerization method in order to obtain conductive filaments. The results show that the electrical resistance of coated filaments has decreased gradually. However further work will be needed to decrease the resistivity level and still keep the structural and mechanical performance.
