摘要
基于循环经济的减量化、再利用、再循环理论,通过比较中国及发达国家循环经济发展的进程与特点,分析纺织服装产业链,包括:原料、生产加工、销售、使用与废弃等各环节中循环再利用的现状、发展趋势以及存在的问题,针对性地提出推进纺织服装业循环经济发展的相关措施和建议,以明确未来中国纺织服装业发展循环经济的方向。
In the guidance of reducing, reusing and recycling spirit of circular economy theory, the development process and features of circular economy home and abroad were analyzed and compared. The development conditions and directions of circular economy in textile and garment industry chain were analyzed, including manufacturing, selling, consuming and disposing, for putting forward the development proposals of promoting the circular economy.
