综合护理干预对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后抗血小板治疗依从性的影响

Effect of the compliance of antiplatelet therapy for patients with percutaneus coronary intervention by comprehensive nursing intervention

目的探讨综合护理干预对行经皮冠脉介入治疗患者抗血小板治疗依从性的影响。方法采用前瞻、随机、对照方法,将175例PCI患者分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上遵循整体护理的理念,运用循证护理方法,实施全程护理,并注重心理护理和健康教育。在PCI术后6个月和12个月分别评估两组患者的抗血小板治疗依从性。结果实验组PCI术后6个月和12个月患者服用氯吡格雷依从性高于对照组(96.63%vs 87.21%;94.38%vs 83.72%;P<0.05);实验组PCI术后患者服用阿司匹林的依从性明显高于对照组(82.02%vs 61.63%;78.65%vs 52.33%;P<0.01)。结论积极科学的综合护理干预可以提高PCI术患者抗血小板治疗的依从性,进而降低PCI术后支架内血栓事件的发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance of antiplatelet therapy for patients with percutaneus coronary intervention. Method 175 patients with percutaneus coronary intervention were randomly divided into two groups, the patients in both study group and control group received routine nursing . Patients in study group received comprehensive nursing and health education. Compliance of antiplatelet therapy was compared between two groups at 6 months and one year after percutaneus coronary intervention.
