摘要
报道了CLN1923萃淋树脂的制备方法及其在弱碱性条件下对钨和砷的吸萃性能,并研究了从高含量钨溶液中分离微量砷的条件。静态法及动态法试验结果表明,CLN1923萃淋树脂能够有效地分离粗Na2WO4溶液中的砷,砷含量可由As/WO3=0.04%~008%降至0003%~0006%。
A synthetic method of CL-N1923 levextrel resin was described. The extraction behavior of tungsten and arsenic by the CL-N1923 levextrel resin at alkalescence and the conditions for separating trace arsenic from a solution containing large amount of tungsten were investigated. The experimental results of static method and flowing method showed that CLN1923 levextrel resin may separate arsenic from impure Na_2WO_4 solution effectively. In the postextraction solution, the ratio of As/W may drop to 0.003%~0006% from 0.04%~0.08%. The trace tungsten and the large amount of arsenic extracted by CL-N1923 levextrel resin can be easily eluted with 1% Na_2CO_3 solution, at the same time, and the resin was renewed.
