钛表面气体氮化的工艺研究

Study on Processing of Titanium Surface Nitrogenization

研究了氮化温度、氮化时间、氮气压力和流量等因素对钛氮化反应的影响，确定了钛表面气体氮化的工艺参数，并对氮化覆层的相组成及各项性能进行了研究。

Various factors in the processing of the titanium surface nitrogenization were studied in this paper, including the temperature, reaction time, gas pressure, flow rate of gas, etc. Parameters of the process were suggested on the base of TiN phase structure and properties.
