日本亚洲政策调整与东北亚区域合作趋向

Japan's Adjustment of Asian Policy and the Tend to Regional Cooperation in the Northeast Asia

自1997年亚洲金融危机以后,日本开始改变"唯美是从"政策,积极推行"回归亚洲"新战略,以实现东亚共同体为基础的大区域合作战略目标。日本的东亚FTA战略,体现出日本对东亚地区合作的基本政策和利益取向,但在实施中势必遇到很多障碍。在当前经济全球化和区域一体化的潮流中,东北亚的主要经济体,尤其是中、日、韩和东盟应该携起手来,加强合作,共同发展。

Since the Asian Financial Crisis in 1997, Japan began adjust the policy of＂only submit to U. S. ＂ and pursue a new strategy of＂ Return to Asian＂ actively, in order to achieve the strategic goal of great regional cooperation on the East Asian Community. Japanese East Asian FTA is appear on the scene after a careful consid- eration and carefully plan, it embodies Japan＇s basic policy and interest orientation, has an active sense of regional cooperation of the East Asian, but will put it into effect, will certainly meet much hinder. The main economic body in Northeast Asia, especially China, Japan, Republic Korea and ASEAN shall go forward hand in hand, strengthen mutual cooperation, promote common develop in the current trends of a global economy and a integral region.
