Countermeasures of Road Traffic Organization for 2010 Shanghai Expo

以"城市,让生活更美好"为主题的上海2010世博会离不开畅达的道路交通作为其坚强的支撑和后盾。通过分析上海世博会交通需求特征及对城市交通的影响,结合历届世博会交通管理经验,根据世博会需求对不同区域的影响差异,提出了"分区域差别化管理"的世博会道路交通组织的核心策略,对可控车辆与不可控车辆在不同区域内的道路交通体系中采取相应的策略,提高道路使用的效率,缓解交通拥挤。

Unobstructed road traffic is a strong support for the 2010 Shanghai Expo, whose theme is ＂Better City, Better Life. ＂ In this paper, the core project of the road traffic management named ＂differentiated management for different regions＂ was proposed after analyzing the characteristics and impact of the traffic during Shanghai Expo based on the former traffic management experiences. The corresponding countermeasures for controllable and uncontrollable vehicles were applied to traffic system in different regions in order to improve the traffic effect and relieve traffic congestion.
