摘要
建设高效率的城市道路交通信号设施管理系统对于实现城市交通管理现代化具有十分重要的意义。分析了城市道路交通信号设施管理在规划、设计、建设、维护、抢修等各环节的功能需求,研究了基于GIS的城市道路交通信号设施管理系统的设计方案,对系统的平台设计、各模块功能设计和数据库设计进行说明。结合北京市交通信号设施管理的现状进行实证研究,并对完善城市道路交通信号设施管理系统提出建议。
An urban road traffic signaling facilities management system is of great significance for urban traffic man agement modernization. First, the functional requirements of urban road traffic signaling facilities management were analyzed throughout the planning, design, construction, maintenance and repair. Then, a scheme to design urban road traffic signaling facilities management was described based on GIS, including system platform design, module functions design and database design. Finally, an empirical research was carried out based on the current situation of Beijing road traffic signaling facilities management. Moreover, some proposals were put forward to improve the urban road traffic signaling facilities management system.
