探讨有光水乳漆的基料，确定以丙烯酸酯单体为原料，添加带有活性基团的单体，经乳液聚合生成一种新型交联共聚物，再添加颜料及助剂配制而成性能良好的建筑涂料。

A new-type crosslinking copolymevization is synthesized from acrylic ester and monomer with active group by emulsion polymerization,as base material of water emulsion paint,mixed with pigment and auxiliary to obtain a building coating with good performance.
