摘要
从理论上分析了杀虫双中和过程中影响磺化收率的多个主要因素,并进行了正交实验,确定了中和过程的最佳控制条件。提出用Na2CO3代替NaOH中和氯化物的全新方法,使得磺化收率提高412%,拓宽了操作条件,减少了操作误差。
The main factors affecting the sulphonating recovery in neutralizing of Shachongshuang, a sort of pesticide, were analyzed theoretically. The optimum conditions of controlling the neutralizing process were determined by the orthogonal experiments. A new method of neutralizing chlorides using sodium carbonate in stead of sodium hydroxide was applied and made sulphonating recovery increase 4.12%, improving the operation conditions and decreasing the error.
