摘要
介绍了用高效液相色谱和分光光度法对５１％可湿粉剂中嘧黄隆和草甘膦的定量分析测定方法。该法对嘧黄隆和草甘膦的变异系数分别为１２０％和０８７％，回收率分别为９８２６％～１０１．２５％和９７３５％～１０２．５４％。
HPLC and spectrophotometry were employed to determine the contents of sulfometurem and glyphosate in 51% wettable powder with the coefficient of variation and recovery being 1.20% and 0.87%, and 98.26%～101.25% and 97.35%～ 102.54%, respectively.
