民办高校党组织在民办高校中起政治核心作用,可通过参与决策这一途径在民办高校中有效地发挥作用。民办高校通过建立直接参与与间接参与相结合的决策机制,使党组织参与学校各类决策,以充分发挥其政治核心的作用。在参与决策时,党组织需处理好与董事会、行政领导的关系,集中群众力量共同参与学校建设,确保民办高校的社会主义办学方向。
