摘要
笔者从社会认知、组织环境和队伍素质三个方面对浙江民营企业秘书工作进行了调查分析,并对如何推进民营企业秘书职业化进程,提高民营企业秘书工作水平,从社会、政府、企业和秘书自身四个层面提出了发展的路径建议。
In this paper, a survey is conducted for secretarial work of civilian-run enterprises in Zhejiang from the three aspects, i. e. , social cognition, organizational environment and team quality. The author also proposes development paths from the community, government, business and secretary dimensions in order to promote secretary quality and the process of secretary career in the civilian-run enterprises.
