从政府对卫生事业费投入不足、医疗服务的"公平性"和"可及性"差、扭曲的医疗服务价格补偿机制等方面对公立医院公益性淡化的原因进行分析,提出了公立医院回归公益性的建议。

Inefficient investment from government to health care, it due to the inequity and poor accessibility of health care services, to the medical service price reimbursement mechanism need improvement, as well as to the public hospital need lightish their public welfare concept. The author analyzed the reasons which cause this type of lightish and proposed some suggestions in order to turn back the public welfare from public hospitals.
