摘要
本文阐述了发光玻璃涂层的组成及生产工艺,详细研究了荧光粉颗粒度、热处理、玻璃载体对发光玻璃涂层发光的影响,通过一系列实验可知,若荧光粉在掺杂的过程中处理不当会引起荧光猝灭或表面质量的低劣;而在玻璃涂层烧结温度下,发光涂层只有少许氧化,不影响发光;SEM及X射线能谱分析表明,玻璃载体不参与涂层发光过程,亦不与发光物质起反应,只起保护和粘合发光涂层的作用。
The paper describes the composition and the technological process of illuminant glass coating. Influences of the grain size of fluorescence powder, heat treatment and glass host on the illuminence of the coating is studied in detail. The results show that if fluorescent powder is treated improperly in doping process, its illuminence will quench or the surface quality of the coating will be low and that the illuminent coating is only oxidized slightly with no effect on its illuminence at the sintering temperature of glass coating. Analyses of SEM and X-ray energy spectrum indicate that the glass host doesn’t participate in the illuminencing of the coating and doesnt react with the illuminent material.
