P波离散度对高血压病并发阵发性心房颤动预测价值的Meta分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的从循证医学角度探讨P波离散度对高血压病并发阵发性心房颤动的预测价值。方法应用Meta分析的方法比较有阵发性心房颤动高血压病组(研究组)与无阵发性心房颤动高血压病组(对照组)P波离散度值,采用RevMan4.2.2统计学软件,以加权均数差为效应量进行合并分析。结果19个研究的合并效应量(加权均数差)为16.40,95%可信区间为(13.01,19.78),合并效应检验Z=9.49,P<0.01。结论P波离散度可作为预测阵发性心房颤动发生的一个指标。 Objective To investigate predictive value of P wave dispersion on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in primary hypertensive patients by the way of evidence-based medicine. Methods Nineteen randomized control studies of primary hypertensive patients with PAF (study group) and without PAF (comparison group) were taken into meta- analysis, RevMan4.2.2 software was used for statistic analysis. Results The total effect size(weighted mean difference, WMD) of nineteen studies was 16.40, 95% confidence interval (95%CI) was (13.01,19.78), P〈O.O1. Conclusion P wave dispersion is predictor on PAF in primary hypertensive patients.
