摘要
介绍了ADU(重铀酸铵)转化为UO2粉末过程中的除氟机理和工艺流程,以及影响UO2粉末中含氟量的主要因素,并特别指出转炉尾气气固分离设备——金属过滤器的加热温度是ADU转化为UO2粉末过程中除氟的关键因素。通过试验确定了除氟最佳工艺参数,分析了在此工艺参数下生产的UO2粉末的含氟量与其它工艺性能。
The mechanism of defluorination of ADU to UO 2 powder process, the technological process and the main factors affecting the fluor content in UO 2 powder are introduced. Especially, the temperature of the metal filter is key factor of defluorination in the converting process of ADU to UO 2 powder. The best parameters of defluorination are determined experimentally. The fluor content and the behaviour of UO 2 powder produced under the parameters are given.
