摘要 随着汽车用天然气钢瓶的大量使用,迫切需要对其在线检测技术进行研究。通过声发射技术对含有人工模拟缺陷的汽车用压缩天然气钢瓶进行在线检测试验,检测结果与GB 19533—2004《汽车用压缩天然气钢瓶定期检验与评定》标准进行对比,为我国汽车用压缩天然气钢瓶的声发射在线检测技术的推广应用提供依据。 With the wide use of vehicle compressed natural gas cylinders, the online inspection technology of vehicle compressed natural gas cylinders need to be researched. In this paper, the on-line inspection testing of vehicle compressed natural gas cylinders containing artificial simulation defects was carried out through the acoustic emission technology, the inspection results were compared to the standard of GB 19533--2004 Periodic inspection and evaluation of vehicle compressed natural gas cylinders, which provided the evidence for the popularization and application of acoustic emission on-line inspection of vehicle compressed natural gas cylinders of our country.
