摘要 目前,由应试教育向素质教育转轨已成为中小学教育改革的趋势。而实现教师由“经验型”向“科研型”转化,是推进素质教育,提高教育教学质量,更好地培养21世纪现代化建设人才的需要。本文就制约农村中小学教师由“经验型”向“科研型”转化的因素及对策作一粗浅的探究。 Now, it is a turning trend for primary education reform from test-based education to quality education. However, to make the goal that change teacher from experienced-type to scientific researcher come true is the basic need to promoting quantity education, improving the quality of teaching, and to cultivate the modernized talent person in 21 century. The following paper will discuss the factors that restrict the country teacher's change from "experienced-typed" to "scientific researcher-typed" and I will try to offer some strategies
