圆融性是中国佛教区别于印度佛教的重要特点。法门寺对内不仅禅净密律兼有,而且大小乘兼融;对外则与中国传统文化相互调和,呈现出"三教合一"的趋势。它以"物化"的形式再现了佛教中国化的进程和中国佛教圆融性的特征。

The character of perfecdy fused is the most important characteristic of Chinese Buddhism different from Indian Buddhism. Famen Temple is not only compatible for Zen, Pure Land, Secret School and Vinaya School, but aslo syncretic for Mahayana and Hinayana inward. Moreover, it is consonant with Chinese traditional culture outward. It presents the thrend of unification of the three schools. It reapprences chinanization of Buddhism and the character of perfectly fused of Chinese Buddhism in the form of materialization.
