社会保险基金的法律监管是个全球性的课题,已引起了世界各国的普遍重视。我国的社会保险基金正面临着严峻的安全问题和保值升值问题,探讨社会保险基金的法律监管问题具有现实的社会意义。在研究这一问题时,我们必须放眼全球,时刻关注国外社会保险基金法律监管的发展动态。通过比较研究,提出言之有据且切实可行的观点和看法,以求这些观点和看法能对我国社会保险基金的法律监管制度设计具有借鉴意义。

Social insurance funds supervision of the law is a global issue, which has attracted widespread attention around the world. China＇s social insurance fund is facing the serious problems of security,preserving and appreciation. Exploring the social insurance funds supervision of the law has the reality of the social significance. In this issue, we have to look at the global and always concern about the developments of the social insurance funds supervision of the law abroad. Through a comparative study, this article makes a practical statement of evidence in order to be able to have reference for system designing of China＇s social insurance funds supervision of the law.
