摘要
用电子顺磁共振(EPR)法,化学发光法及荧光光谱法研究了100例正常人、42例角膜移值患者泪液中的自由基、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和水溶性脂质过氧化物(WSLP)等指标.结果表明正常人泪液中自由基的自旋浓度是(3.6±0.58)×1012spins/mL,SOD浓度为(3.84±1.45)μg/L、水溶性脂质过氧化物相对荧光强度为9.598~16.225U/mL.角膜移植后三项指标变化出现两个规律的峰,这种规律性变化在三项指标间存在显著的相关性.
By using the methods of Electron Paramagnetic Resonance(EPR)、 chemilumineseence and fluoresence spectrophotometry, the contents of free radicals、 superoxide dismutases(SOD) and water soluble lipid peroxides in tears in the normal eyes(100 cases) and keratoplasty eyes(42 cases) have been investigated. The results indicated that the spin density of free radicals was (36±058)×1012 spins/mL, SOD was (384±145) μg/L, water soluble lipid peroxide was (12912±1691) U/mL in the normal tears. Two peaks were found in every target after 24 hours and 21 day of the keratoplasty operation. Both peaks regularily. An obvious interrelation was there in every pair of the three targets. However, the special changes of 5 cases of 42 cases proved free radicals and lipid peroxides increased continuously and the rejection was inereased. These findings suggest that there is free radical reaction mechanism in the rejection and that after keratoplasty supervising and determining free radical、 SOD and water soluble lipid peroxide are important for preventing the rejection.
