摘要
【目的】检测78株油樟内生真菌(其中根内生真菌43株,茎内生真菌11株,叶内生真菌24株)代澍产物的组分。【方法】78株油樟内生真菌经PDA液体培养基摇床培养8d后,取液体发酵产物,采用GC—MS法检测其乙醚提取液中的挥发性物质。【结果】多数油樟内生真菌均可产C10~C28之间的烷烃(二十烷最常见)和C15~C19脂肪酸及其对应的甲酯;55株内生真菌产烷基苯;35株内生真菌可产叔丁基苯酚的多种同分异构体;70株内生真菌发酵液中都检测到α-萜品醇,其中2株相对含量较高;5株内生真菌发酵产物中可以检测到黄樟油素;4株内生真菌发酵产物中可以同时检测到黄樟油素及桉叶油素。另有2株内生真菌的主要产物分别是蘑菇醇及苯乙酸。【结论】油樟内生真菌与油樟之间,内生真菌相互之间存在广泛的醇类物质共代谢;油樟内生真菌代尉产物对油樟植株具有促生、抗氧化、协助合成活性物质等作用;某些油樟内生真菌能够合成一些特殊产物,具有一定的开发利用价值。
[Objective] This study explored the metabolic constitution to of 78 endophytic fungi(43 were from roots, 11 from stems, and 24 from leaves)isolated from Cinnarnomum longepaniculatum N. Chao ex H. W. Li. [Method] 78 endophytic fungi were cultured for 8 d in PDA liquid medium. The productions were extracted by absolute ethyl ether, and then gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method was used to detect their volatile organic compounds. [Result] Most strains can produce C18 H38 N2O, alkanes of C10-C28 (C20 generally) and a lot of fatty acids or fatty acid methyl esters of C16--C19;55 strains produced alkyl benzene,and 35 strains 2-butyl phenol;79 strains produced terpineol,of which two strains produced in large quantities;5 strains produced safrole;4 strains produced cineole and safrole simultaneously;2 strains produced morillol and phenylacetic acid respectively. [Conclusion] Comprehensive co-metabolism of alcohol exists among endophytic fungi and Cinnamomum longepaniculatum N. Chao ex H. W. Li; Endophytic fungi can promote the growth of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum N. Chao ex H. W. Li, and help the host in antioxidation and synthesis of bioactive raetabolites;Some microbes with potential value for application have been obtained in the study.
