摘要
针对现代企业质量管理发展的需要,研究了一种六西格玛质量水平的控制图设计解决方案。考虑到六西格玛质量控制的特点,研究了以产品合格数为控制对象的控制图设计方法,基于M in itab15软件,并结合具体应用实际,给出了连续合格品链长控制图的设计过程,分析了其相关结论,可有效地满足企业获得六西格玛质量水平的管理要求。
To meet the demands of the quality management development of modern enterprise, the solution to six sigma quality level control chart was studied. In view of the characteristics of six sigma quality control, the numbers of the consecutive conforming items were used to discuss the consecutive conforming run -length (CCR) control charts. Based on Minitab 15 software,combined with some practical applications ,the design process of CCR control charts was presented. Its related conclusions were analyzed, which effectively satisfies the demands for achieving the six sigma quality level.
