摘要
建立了LJ276M汽油机电控系统标定用试验台架,论述了汽油机电控系统稳态工况参数标定的步骤。汽油机电控系统的控制参数喷油脉宽和点火提前角是影响发动机性能的关键,通过对LJ276M汽油机稳态工况电控参数精细寻优标定,获得了相应的喷油脉宽MAP图和点火提前角MAP图,通过加装精细标定的电控系统发动机与原化油器式发动机的台架对比试验,验证了其功率及转矩平均提高5%,燃油消耗率降低4%。
The constitution of the test bench calibrating of LJ276M gasoline engine was introduced. The parameter calibration procedure under the steady state operating condition was also discussed. Because the control parameters - fuel injection pulse width and ignition advance angle of the electronic control engine are critical factors which affect the engine performance, the corresponding injection pulse width MAP and ignition advance angle MAP through optimizing calibration of the steady state parameters of the LJ276M gasoline engine were calculated. By means of the test bench comparing the electronic control engine after delicate calibration with the original carburetor engine, the test result shows that the performance of the electronic control engine has been significantly improved,which increases the power output and torque by 5% on average and decreases fuel consumption rate by 4%.
