基于企业设备组织优化结果的看板调度模式

摘要 以装饰布企业为研究和应用对象,根据装饰布生产工序中各设备的生产能力,找出瓶颈设备,并以此为基础对工序中的设备组织进行优化,把JIT(just-in-time)模式与TOC(theory of constrains)相结合,提出了基于设备优化的JIT改进生产模式,即"推拉"综合生产方式。通过应用看板技术,实现了工序间物流平衡化和生产均衡化,使整个设备单元在平稳的状态下进行生产。 Aiming at the vestee enterprise's work - shops, according to the throughput of the equipments in the vestee working procedure, the bottle - neck equipments were found and optimized in the organizational patterns of the equipments in the workshops. Integrating JIT and TOC (Theory of Constrains) ,the improved JIT mode( the push - draw integrating mode)was put forward. By the application of Kan - ban knowledge, the balance of logistics, the equilibrium of production and all of the equipments were implemented,which makes the equipment operate under stable states.
