运用动态规划的思想和网络计划的方法,利用马尔可夫链模型和甘特图进行IT项目进度预测,包括并行进度的预测,构建了一个并行的IT项目进度马尔可夫链预测模型。该方法运用动态规划的分阶段思想,把马尔可夫链和甘特图运用于IT项目的进度预测。该IT项目进度分析方法引导人们从更简单的层次对IT项目进度预测进行研究。

Based on the theory of Dynamic Programming and the method of network planning, the prediction of IT project scheduling was made by adopting Markov Chain model and Gantt Chart, which include the prediction of parallel speed. The prediction model of Markov＇s dynamic predicts model of parallel IT project schedule was built. This model guides people to research on the prediction of IT project scheduling at a simpler way.
