Study on Self-insurance Pattern for Steel Project in Fangcheng Port

在研究防城港钢铁基地项目特点的基础上,结合工程保险相关理论,分析了传统保险模式在工程项目风险管理中的局限性以及自保公司的优劣性,研究了防城港钢铁基地项目实行风险自保的可行性,提出了对该项目建设及运营应采取成立自保公司进行风险自保的建议。

The Steel Project in Fangcheng Port is an important large - scale project in the Development of the West Regions. It is very important to study the strategy of risk management from the implementation phase to operation phase. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the steel project and insurance theory, through further study on the limitations of traditional insurance pattern,the strengths and weakness of self - insurance company were analyzed. The feasibility of risk self - insurance for the steel project in Fangcheng Port was studied. Some suggestions were offered that self- insurance companies should be set up to implement the risk self- insurance pattern from the implementation phase to operation phase.
