摘要
通过两个调查,对目标导向和个人创新行为的因子结构进行了检验,并通过对245名员工的调查检验了目标导向对个人创新行为的影响。结果表明,在控制了人口统计学变量后,学习目标导向对个人创新行为两维度均有显著正向影响;证明目标导向对创新行为无显著影响;回避目标导向对创新想法产生无显著影响,而对创新想法执行有负向影响。
The factorial validities of goal orientation and individual innovative work behavior (IWB) were tested based on two investigations. A sample of 245 employees was measured to test the relationship between goal orientation and IWB. The results show that after controlling demographic characteristics,learning goal orientation is positive to two dimensions of IWB. Proving goal orientation has no significant effect on IWB. However,avoiding goal orientation does have some negative effect on idea implementation although it makes no remarkable difference to idea generation.
