摘要
采用氢氧化钙混凝-氨吹脱法,对垃圾沥滤液进行预处理,研究氢氧化钙的投加量、pH值、温度和气液比等对混凝-氨吹脱率的影响.结果表明,在垃圾沥滤液中,投加6g·L^-1氢氧化钙,可将沥滤液的pH值调到10.5;混凝预处理后,对总磷的去除率可达80%,氨氮的去除率为15%~30%,对化学需氧量的去除率不高.垃圾沥滤液氨吹脱过程中,当pH值为10.5时,氨吹脱率可达到65%;而当气液比为3000,水温为45℃以上,填料质量分数为50%的条件下,氨吹脱率可达到85%以上.
Lime coagulation-air stripping process was used to treat leachate of municipal solid waste incineration plants' stockroom. The effects of pH, gas/liquid ratio, temperature and filler packing ratio on the stripping performance were studied. The results show that when the pH of leachate was adjusted to 10. 5 after put into 6 g · L^-1 Ca(OH)2, the removal ratio of total phosphor was over 80%; the removal ratio of ammonia and nitrogen is 15-30%. The removal efficiency became lower due to the soluble CODcr presented in influent. In conditions where pH= 10. 5, gas/liquid ratio is 3 000 times, the leachate temperature was over 45 ℃, and the filler packing ratio was 50%, over 85% of ammonia nitrogen was removed by the air stripping.
